For me my disability lawyer was hired by my disability insurance company, what ever ssd pays, my insurance company doesn so it is in there best interest that they get me ssd! Anyway mine was disapproved several times, and yet my lawyer said I had medically and outstanding case, but my age and previously job experience was working against me! I was finally granted ssd by a judge at a hearing! So above all be patient, but be persistent, and you will I am sure persevere in the end! My lawyer told me that ss tries to wear you down and hope you will give up! I am not sure that is true, but it sure did seem like it sometimes during the long process! In the end it is worth all the trouble! But getting there can be more than a bit trying! How can one work if they are in constant pain, or even if it is being treated, if they can not stand or sit for any length of time? So hang in there! I am sure you will feel discouraged sometime during this process, but don give up! I honestly think that is what they want you to do!
